Ingredients

  • Portobello Mushroom Caps: 4

  • Marinade
  • Balsamic Vinegar: 3 Tbs

  • Soy Sauce: 3 Tbs

  • Oil: 2 Tbs

  • Worcestershire Sauce, vegan: 1 Tbs

  • Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp

  • Garlic, Clove: 3

  • Onion Powder: 1 tsp

  • Salt and Pepper: to taste

Directions

  • Brush all dirt off of the mushrooms.
  • Mix all marinade ingredients.
  • Marinade the mushroom for at least 20 minutes.
  • Saute the mushrooms for about 5 minutes per side.
