White Beans: 15 Oz.
Oats: 1 Cup
Walnuts: 1/2 Cup
Onion, white: 1/2
Hemp Seed, ground: 3 Tbs.
Water: 1/4 Cup
Tomato Paste: 1 Tbs.
Soy Sauce: 1 1/2 Tbs.
Garlic Powder: 1 Tbs.
Onion Powder: 2 tsp.
Smoked Paprika: 2 tsp.
Italian Seasoning: 1 tsp.
Salt: 1 tsp.
Cumin: 1 tsp.
Cayenne Pepper: pinch
Fennel Seeds: 1 tsp
Directions
- Begin with gathering all of the ingredients.
- Chop up the white onion either by hand or in a food processor.
- Add all of the ingredients to a food process and blend.
- Remove the mixture and shape sausages to desire length and thickness. Should make about 8 sausage links.
- Wrap the sausage tightly in foil, parchment paper, whatever you use.
- Steam for about 35 minutes.
- Carefully remove sausage from the wrapping and sauté for about 10 minutes, ensuring to brown all sides.
