Ingredients

  • Tofu, silken: 16 Oz.

  • Lemon, juiced: 1/2

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp.

  • Nutritional Yeast: 2 Tbs.

  • Salt: 3/4 tsp.

  • Firm Tofu: 8 Oz.

Directions

  • Begin my carefully pressing the liquid from the silken tofu.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl, except the firm tofu, and mix well. If it's chunky, thats okay.
  • Crumble the firm tofu into the mixture.
  • Mix the firm tofu into the mixture, being careful to not break up the chunks.

Notes

  • You can use a tofu press or wrap the tofu in a cooking towel and gently applying pressure. I use a tofu press personally.
