Is this nutrition or medical advice?
No. This support focuses on lifestyle guidance, habit change, and practical food strategies. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.

How quickly will I hear back?
Response times depend on the option you choose, typically within 48–72 hours.

Do I have to be fully plant-based?
Not at all. This support is about progress, not perfection. Many people use it to gradually reduce animal products without rigid rules.

Can I cancel monthly support?
Yes. Monthly support can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

What if I’m not sure what to ask?
That’s completely normal. You can start by sharing what you’re currently eating or where you feel stuck, and we’ll go from there.

What is the refund policy?

This is all about action, results, and commitment! Once you’ve joined the program and received your first response from me, your transformation journey kicks off. Because of the personalized and time-sensitive nature of my coaching, all payments are non-refundable after this point. BUT – if you decide within 7 days of receiving your first response that this program isn’t for you, I’ll offer a partial refund of 25%. After that, all payments are locked in because your health, time, and results are serious business – no exceptions.
