- Seitan
Vegetable Broth: 1 Cup
Smoked Paprika: 1 Tbs.
Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp.
Nutritional Yeast: 2 Tbs.
Ketchup: 1 Tbs.
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.
Salt: 1.5 tsp.
Coconut Oil: 3 Tbs.
Tofu: 1 pack
Vital Wheat Gluten: 1.5 Cup
Pork Seasoning: 1 Tbs.
- Glaze
Vegetable Broth: 1/2 Cup
Oil: 2 Tbs.
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp.
Maple Syrup: 2 Tbs.
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Cloves: to desired amount
Pineapple Rings: to desired amount
Directions
- Gather all ingredients and bring to a boil except the tofu and vital wheat gluten.
- Add the tofu to a food processor with the heated liquids.
- Add the blended ingredients with the vital wheat gluten.
- Knead the dough until combined, about 1 minute
- Shape the dough and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Steam the dough for about 75 minutes.
- Mix together all glazed ingredients except for the pineapple rings.
- Score the ham and add the cloves.
- Add the ham to a pan and cover with the marinade and pineapple rings.
- Cook the ham 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Slice the ham and serve.
