Ingredients

  • Burgers Buns

  • But Better Burgers: 2

  • White Onion: 1

  • Arugula

  • Fig Jam

  • Manchego Cheese
  • Chickpeas: 15 Oz

  • Nutritional Yeast: 1/4 Cup

  • Paprika: 1 tsp

  • Brown Mustard: 2 tsp

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 2 tsp

  • Tapioca Flour: 1 Tbs

  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp

  • Onion Powder: 1 tsp

  • Pine Nuts: 2 Tbs

  • Walnuts: 2 Tbs

  • Hemp Seeds: 2 Tbs

  • Miso: 1 Tbs

  • Salt: 1 tsp

Directions

  • Begin with adding all of the cheese ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
  • Prepare and cook the white onion.
  • Cook off 2 burger patties.
  • Spread fig jam on both burger buns and then layer in the burger patties with sauteed onion, cheese spread and arugula.
