Ingredients

  • Water: 2 Cups

  • Chickpea Flour: 2 Cups

  • Ground Coriander Seed: 2 tsp

  • Salt: 2 tsp

  • Nutmeg: 1/2 tsp

  • Cayenne Pepper: pinch

  • Asafoetida: pinch

  • Beetroot Powder: 2 tsp

  • Coconut Cream: 1/2 Cup

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in boiling water and mix well.
  • Reduce the powder until thick.
  • Remove the mix from the heat and pour into a container and cool.
  • Cool for several hours, up to 12 hours.
  • Remove from the mold and slice.
