Ingredients

  • Vital Wheat Gluten: 1 Cup

  • Potato Flour: 1/2 Cup

  • Tofu, firm: 6 Oz.

  • Jackfruit: 15.5 Oz.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 2 Tbsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.

  • Vegetable Broth Powder: 2 Tbsp.

  • Onion Powder: 1 Tbsp.

  • Nutritional Yeast: 3 Tbsp.

  • Salt: 1/2 tsp.

  • Lemon Pepper: 1/2 tsp.

  • Dijon Mustard: 1 Tbsp.

  • Liquid Aminos: 1 tsp.

  • Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp.

Directions

  • Gather all of your ingredients.
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Separate dough in about 8 rounds.
  • Stretch each round, slowly as wide as possible, working from the middle out. Braid the stretched dough.
  • Wrap the dough tightly in wax paper and then in aluminum foil and steam for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the steamed dough and pan sear for about 10-15 minutes each side.
