Extra-firm tofu: 4 Oz.
Olive oil: 2 tbsp.
Liquid Aminos: 2 tbsp.
Maple Syrup: 2 tbsp.
Nutritional Yeast: 1 tbsp.
Smoked Paprika: 2 tsp.
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.
Rice Paper
Directions
- Press the tofu to remove the liquid.
- Crumble the tofu in a bowl.
- Add all ingredients except the rice paper to the tofu and mix well.
- Wet the rice paper and then set it out on a cutting board.
- Add a layer of tofu crumble to the rice paper, and then add another over the top.
- Cut into strips.
- Add the strips to a pan and cook at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
