Ingredients

  • Liquid Aminos: 6 tbsp

  • Maple Syrup: 3 tbsp.

  • Smoked Paprika: 2 tsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.

  • Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp.

  • Tofu, extra firm: 1 block

Directions

  • In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and liquid smoke.
  • Cut the tofu into strips.
  • Coat the tofu with the marinade.
  • Air Fry the bacon at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes
