  • Vegetable Stock: 1/4 Cup

  • Nutritional Yeast: 2 tsp.

  • Mushroom Powder: 2 tsp.

  • Onion Powder: 1 tsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.

  • Smoked Paprika: 1/4 tsp.

  • Vegenaise: 2 Tbsp.

  • Molasses: 1 Tbsp.

  • Liquid Aminos: 1 tsp

  • Worcestershire: 1/4 tsp.

  • Beef Broth Vegan: 1/4 tsp.

  • Liquid Smoke: 1/4 tsp.

  • Flaxseed, ground: 2 tsp.

  • Bread Crumbs: 1/4 Cup

  • Vital Wheat Gluten: 1/8 Cup

  • Miso Paste: 1 tsp.

  • Fennel Seed: 1 tsp.

  • Onion: 1/4

Directions

  • Blitz the onion.
  • Dry sautee the onion to remove excess liquid.
  • Combine all ingredients and knead into a ball.
  • Roll out the meatballs to desired size.
