Ingredients

  • Black Beans: 1 Cup

  • Quinoa: .5 Cup

  • Tofu: 5 Oz.

  • Onion, medium yellow: 1

  • Garlic, cloves: 5

  • Tamari: 1 tbsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1.5 tsp.

  • Onion Powder: 1.5 tsp.

  • Basil, dried: 1.5 tsp.

  • Oregano, dried: 1.5 tsp.

  • Smoked Paprika: 1.5 tsp.

  • Salt: 1 tsp.

  • Pepper: 1 tsp.

  • Parsley, fresh: 12 sprigs

  • Nutritional Yeast: 2 Tbsp.

  • Flaxseed, ground: 3 Tbsp.

  • Oatmeal: 1 Cup

Directions

  • Press the tofu and strain the beans.
  • Cook the quinoa.
  • Prepare the garlic and onion.
  • Dry roast the beans in a skillet to remove as much liquid as possible.
