Plant-Based Lifestyle Support – Client Agreement
Purpose of Support
Plant-Based Lifestyle Support provides guidance related to lifestyle habits, food choices, and behavior change. The focus is practical, non-clinical support to help clients navigate eating more plant-based in a realistic and sustainable way.
Not Medical or Clinical Care
This service does not provide medical, nutritional therapy, or clinical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace guidance from a licensed healthcare professional. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals regarding medical or health-related concerns.
Format of Support
Support is provided asynchronously through written and/or recorded responses. There are no live coaching calls unless explicitly stated. Clients submit questions, updates, or short videos and receive responses within the stated response window.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Participation in this support is voluntary, and results may vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and consistency.
Response Time
Response times depend on the support option selected and are typically within 48–72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays unless otherwise noted.
Scope of Topics
Appropriate topics include food strategies, comfort-food alternatives, grocery choices, habit-building, consistency, and lifestyle challenges related to eating more plant-based. Topics outside this scope may be redirected or declined.
Confidentiality
All client communications are treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Payment & Cancellation
Monthly support may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable once a response has been provided.
Acknowledgment
By participating, the client acknowledges understanding the nature and limits of this support and agrees to these terms.
