About Me & My Approach to Lifestyle Support
My work is grounded in education, lived experience, and a genuine interest in how people build healthy, sustainable lives in the real world.
I hold a degree in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, which shapes the foundation of everything I do. My approach is evidence-informed and rooted in an understanding of how nutrition, movement, mindset, environment, and daily habits interact over time. Rather than focusing on extremes or quick solutions, I emphasize balance, consistency, and long-term wellbeing.
Education plays a central role in my work. I believe that people make better lifestyle choices when they understand why they’re making them. Through my coaching and support plans, I help individuals develop awareness around their habits, routines, and decision-making, so health becomes something they can maintain independently — not something they feel reliant on external rules for.
My interest in lifestyle health extends beyond formal study. Through my website, What I Tasted, and my YouTube channel, I document real-life experiences with food, routines, and everyday health. This allows me to bridge theory with practice — translating academic knowledge into relatable, practical insights that reflect how people actually live.
The lifestyle support plans I offer are an extension of this philosophy. They’re designed for people who want informed guidance, thoughtful structure, and ongoing support — without pressure, restriction, or one-size-fits-all programs. Each plan is shaped by individual context, preferences, and goals, and evolves as life does.
At the core of my work is the belief that a healthy lifestyle should feel supportive, flexible, and achievable. My role is to provide the knowledge, structure, and guidance that help make that possible.
