Blackstrap Molasses: 1 Tbsp
Umami Sauce: 1 Tbsp

Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp
Ground Flaxseed: 2 Tbsp
Vital Wheat Gluten: 1/4 Cup
Breadcrumbs: 1/2 Cup
methylcellulose: 1 Tbsp

Directions
- Begin by mixing together the butter and the methylcellulose and then add to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Mix all liquid ingredients and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Add all dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, except for the bread crumbs and vital wheat gluten.
- Mix well.
- Fold in bread crumbs completely.
- Fold in vital wheat gluten completely.
- Use a form and loosen methylcellulose and butter combo into the mixture and fold in.
- Prepare some onion and saute until caramelized.
- Once onions are complete, roll burger mixture into balls about 1.5x that of a meatball.
