Block of Tofu: 1Onion Powder: 1 tsp.
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.
Salt: pinch
Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp.
Paprika: 1/2 tsp.
Cayenne Pepper: 1/8 tsp.
Poultry Seasoning: 2 Tbsp.
Water: 1/8 Cup
Liquid Aminos: 1/2 tsp.
Henderson's Relish: 1 tsp.
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/2 tsp.
Vegetable Broth: 1/3 Cup
Directions
- Prep the tofu by freezing it completely. Once frozen, thaw completely. Do this two times.
- Press the tofu.
- Separate the tofu in half.
- Gently pour some ACV over the tofu.
- Bake the tofu at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate the tofu for 30 minutes.
- Pan sear the tofu until browned.
