Vegan Gluten-Free Tofu Roast

Tofu: 1 Pack
Coconut Sugar: 1 Cup
Onion Powder: 1 tsp.
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.
White Pepper: 1 tsp.
Pineapple Juice: 1/4 Cup
Maple Syrup: 1/4 Cup
Ham Seasoning: 1 Tbs.
Dijon Mustard: 4 Tbs.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: 2 tsp.
Liquid Smoke: 1/2 tsp.
Pineapple Rings: desired amount
Directions
- Freeze the tofu, then completely thaw. Do this twice.
- Add all ingredients except the pineapple rings and tofu to make a glaze.
- Add pineapple rings to a pan an add some glaze over the top.
- Score the tofu and then place it on top of the pineapple rings.
- Add the glaze over the top of the tofu.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
