Ingredients

  • Tofu: 1 Pack

  • Coconut Sugar: 1 Cup

  • Onion Powder: 1 tsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp.

  • White Pepper: 1 tsp.

  • Pineapple Juice: 1/4 Cup

  • Maple Syrup: 1/4 Cup

  • Ham Seasoning: 1 Tbs.

  • Dijon Mustard: 4 Tbs.

  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: 2 tsp.

  • Liquid Smoke: 1/2 tsp.

  • Pineapple Rings: desired amount

Directions

  • Freeze the tofu, then completely thaw. Do this twice.
  • Add all ingredients except the pineapple rings and tofu to make a glaze.
  • Add pineapple rings to a pan an add some glaze over the top.
  • Score the tofu and then place it on top of the pineapple rings.
  • Add the glaze over the top of the tofu.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Slice and enjoy!
