This is the only burger you need... way better than Beyond Meat.

Ingredients

  • Textured Vegetable Protein: 1 Cup

  • Vegetable Stock: 1 Cup

  • Nutritional Yeast: 2 Tbsp.

  • Mushroom Powder: 2 Tbsp.

  • Onion Powder: 1 Tbsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tbsp.

  • Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp.

  • Vegenaise: 1/4 Cup

  • Molasses: 3 Tbsp.

  • Liquid Aminos: 1 Tbsp.

  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tsp.

  • Vegan Beef Broth: 1 tsp.

  • Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp.

  • Flaxseed, ground: 2 Tbsp.

  • Bread Crumbs: 1 Cup

  • Vital Wheat Gluten: 1/2 Cup

Directions

  • Combine and let rest the TVP and Stock for 15 minutes.
  • Gather all ingredients, except for the VWG, into a large mixing bowl and mix together.
  • Fold in the VWG.
  • Shape the patties and cook for about 8 minutes, each side.
