Ingredients
Textured Vegetable Protein: 1 Cup
Vegetable Stock: 1 Cup
Nutritional Yeast: 2 Tbsp.
Mushroom Powder: 2 Tbsp.
Onion Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Garlic Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp.
Vegenaise: 1/4 Cup
Molasses: 3 Tbsp.
Liquid Aminos: 1 Tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tsp.
Vegan Beef Broth: 1 tsp.
Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp.
Flaxseed, ground: 2 Tbsp.
Bread Crumbs: 1 Cup
Vital Wheat Gluten: 1/2 Cup
Directions
- Combine and let rest the TVP and Stock for 15 minutes.
- Gather all ingredients, except for the VWG, into a large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Fold in the VWG.
- Shape the patties and cook for about 8 minutes, each side.
