  • Avocado Oil: 2 Tbsp.

  • Smoked Paprika: 2 Tsp.

  • Curry Powder: 1/4 Tsp.

  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tsp.

Directions

  • Prepare the tofu: Drain the tofu. Wrap in paper towels or a clean kitchen towel, press for 30 minutes.
