Vegan Meatballs Made With Lentils!
In this video, I remake the meatballs from Chrissy Tracey of Bon Appetit where she originally shares her recipe for vegan meatballs with a Marcella Hazan inspired tomato sauce. Inspired by Chris Morocco’s non-vegan meatball recipe, Chrissy uses lentils as the mainframe of the meatball, mixed with oat milk-soaked bread to add a little more fat content to the recipe, giving the meatballs a much fuller taste. The video takes the viewer through the step-by-step process of making the meatballs and the tomato sauce, with helpful tips and tricks along the way. With a secret ingredient that adds a burst of flavor, this recipe is sure to impress even the most skeptical meat-eaters. Whether you’re a vegan or just looking for a healthy alternative to traditional meatballs, this recipe is a must-try!
