Portobello Mushroom Caps: 4
- Marinade
Balsamic Vinegar: 3 Tbs
Soy Sauce: 3 Tbs
Oil: 2 Tbs
Worcestershire Sauce, vegan: 1 Tbs
Liquid Smoke: 1 tsp
Garlic, Clove: 3
Onion Powder: 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper: to taste
Directions
- Brush all dirt off of the mushrooms.
- Mix all marinade ingredients.
- Marinade the mushroom for at least 20 minutes.
- Saute the mushrooms for about 5 minutes per side.
